Catch my drift

Week 5  Term 2 -  Connected 2012 - Level 4 Oceans - Catch my Drift by Sarah Wilcox

WALT: We are learning to make predictions using visual cues and our prior knowledge on the topic or title and by reading the text..

Few weeks back I have been working on my reading with my group. I have been learning about predicting.
I think when we predict it really helps us with our reading.  It has been fun learning with my group. We learned about key ideas and Vocabulary. We also have been learning about carbon cycle. And other things that are inserting. After that My group did an Activity called 5 stars we had to write about something we have learned in this text. After that on Monday we did reciprocal readied it is so fun. This was what I did

What are four questions you would ask one of the animals.

I would ask the phytoplankton If he was really, really small how would he go shopping with lots of people around stepping him.

I would ask him how do you get really small but you are so strong that you can eat a burger is that right or not. I also want to ask you what do you look like.

I would ask the phytoplankton what do you like eating. If you could eat an apple in 10 minutes then how could you eat a burger in 5 minutes. I would really love to know lots of things about you.

I would also want to know are you scared of anything I think you are scared of a dogs because you are really small that you can't even look at a dog . What if a little baby was looking at you would he or she cry or would pick you up and eat you.
