Science week

Last week Term 2 week 10, the senior Glenbrae students had their science week. Each classroom rotated to another classroom each day to learn about the world around us. Our science project were all about the chemical and physical changes of matter.

At Glenbrae school we had science day  On Monday room 7 student  Mrs Raj was with us we learned about liquid,solid,gas liquid is water,  solid is Ice, Gas is stem we had fun with her.  

On Tuesday we were with miss parker she told us that we are going to make bared first we got out all the ingredient. when miss parker put the yeast it was fun when we but the bared near the sun the bared raised a bit. After that miss parker told us that we are going to make butter we used cream and salt we put it in a jar of jam after that miss parker give us the jar of butter to shake it it was done we go the bared so we could but it in the oven  it was cooked so we but the butter on the  bared after that we eat it.

On Wednesday we went to Mrs Tofa we made scoones then we did a little experiment about what will happen if you dip apple into spirit , Water, vinegar, we had to get into our house groups then we got a apple then we choose what to dip it in to. All the groups choose vinegar  but one group choose water and we had to wait for 10 minutes. when  10 minutes was over we see is the apple turn brown vinegar  was right then after we made the scoones and then we put it in the oven Mrs card went down to get the scoones so we can eat it.
